Return Policy

Refunds: Subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 business days of receiving the shoes.
Procedure:
- Email hello@fairydreams.ca with your order number, name, and shoe style.
- You are responsible for return shipping, including duties and taxes.
- Shoes must be returned in original condition.
- Tracking is recommended for returns.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days once the shoes are returned and inspected.
Refund Denial: If the shoes are returned in poor condition, the refund may be refused, and the shoes will be sent back at your expense.
Samples or discounted shoes are all Final Sale

Non-Refundable: All made-to-order wedding dress purchases are final sale.
Retainer: A 60% non-refundable retainer is required on the day of purchase.
Remaining Balance: Due within 30 days of receiving or picking up the dress.
- If payment is delayed, a $10/day interest charge applies.
Alterations: Not included; any changes must be made before the retainer payment.
Cancellation: If the wedding is canceled, the full dress price must still be paid.
Delivery Time: Wedding dresses take 4 to 9 months to arrive.

Final Sale: No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
Condition: Sold as-is.
Alterations: Not included, and any damage is not the seller’s responsibility.

Measurements and Details: The bride confirms that all measurements, sizing, colour, and pricing details on the invoice are correct and agrees to the terms outlined.
